At the end of the TQM e-learning course you should have an understanding of the following concepts:

2. What would happen if there wasn't a management system 

3. What did ampath put in place 

4. What is iso 

5. Definitions and terminologies 

6. How did we apply this in ampath 

7. Iso clauses 

8. What does implementation of the management system mean 


Once you are done with the theory which will take 3 days to thoroughly understand, 
You will take the Online e-learning test and will need to obtain 80% to pass the Module

As per our brief, you will continue with the content via Moodle.

A reminder that formative assessments will be conducted on a daily, these will be communicated during facilitation. Ongoing discussions and chats will be conducted via the AP WhatsApp group and Teams classes.
